This was the case on Thursday, September 13th, 2018 where Jones walked an eager cohort of General Assembly students through a one hour session on being proactive in taking charge of your life in order to have the life you want.

Jones, Founder & CEO of the FIERCE Factor Lab, a training and development company, is a speaker, best selling author and Bankroll Your Business coach with twenty years of experience in her field. Her ability to identify the strengths and talents of her clients is what truly sets her apart, and her signature tag lines - “helping you to align your purpose with your paycheck” and “helping entrepreneurs create multiple streams of income from what they already know” - have proven true time and time again. Jones has worked with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, heads of state and celebrities, focusing on helping her clients develop intellectual property so they can better serve those who need them and reach more clients at the same time.

From teaching how to identify intellectual information to the importance of introducing yourself as a problem solver (as opposed to leading with a title), it was clear the information presented were new concepts to the attendees. An open and transparent presenter, Jones was asked how her strategies apply to all fields. Her response - simple: “Your intellectual property is the very thing a group of people want and need...and by bankrolling your brilliance, you become the answer to all those that need you.”
